A Little About Me………..
I am fortunate enough to be living my best life and having fun doing it.
After 30 years in the corporate world, I decided I was ready for a new career. By leveraging my time in the corporate world and my academic education, I get to have a positive impact on the next generation of business leaders.
I am currently the Accounting Executive in Residence instructor teaching managerial accounting to young business minds at the University of Arkansas (GO HOGS) in the Sam M. Walton College of Business and the William Dillard accounting department. Additionally, I am a CFO consultant / Advisor and fractional CFO.
I value both education and work experience. I’m a proud graduate of many outstanding academic institutions. I have a Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University, an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio, a BSBA in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.
On the work front, I’ve had a great corporate career in operations, accounting, & finance with many incredible companies ranging from small, privately held companies to large Fortune 500 companies within industries ranging from video games to telecom to frozen breakfast.
